Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Barre, VT to support the Store Manager in sales, service, store appearance, and operations. You will lead the team to service customers and manage busy shifts, while coaching staff and assisting in recruiting and training.

Fluency in Spanish is highly desired, and the role offers a pathway for growth within a long-standing company with a strong internal promotion culture.

Qualifications

Sales Specialist Training and management certifications required.
Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom with defined programs.
Ensure adequate staffing during peak hours to maintain service levels.
Coach and mentor team members and participate in interviewing and recruiting.
Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store orders efficiently.
