This role emphasizes staff coaching, hiring support, and ensuring daily store procedures are followed, including opening/closing duties and cash handling, with a focus on exceptional retail experiences.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Assist the store manager in staffing the sales counter during peak hours and training teammates.
• Assist in recruiting tasks, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure phone calls are answered per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and store to store transfers and communicate shipment arrivals to customers as needed.
• Ensure returns, exchanges and refunds are handled efficiently and accurately.
