Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Georgia seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager with sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. You will manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence and lead the team in servicing customers.

The role focuses on leading staff, coordinating scheduling, coaching, hiring tasks, and ensuring open/close procedures are followed. You will also handle processing of transfers, returns, invoicing, and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Sales specialist training and related certifications required.
• Certified Parts Professional and ASE certifications preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and peak hours.
• Assist in hiring processes and interviewing candidates.
• Ensure returns, invoicing, and transfers are processed correctly.
• Perform opening/closing duties and maintain store appearance.
