Titlemax in North Richland Hills, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Bilingual) to support customers with financial needs and to help run a busy store. You will develop leadership skills through hands-on experience in account management, customer outreach, and risk management.

The role offers growth potential and a path to advancement within the CCF Family of Brands. The position is full-time with a minimum 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
• Background check required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of this position (standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and related transactions.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with a focus on customer service.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality standards.
• Perform duties outside the office when applicable (on-site tasks, store errands, events).
• Support in-store marketing and community outreach to drive referrals.
• Maintain store security, opening/closing procedures, and cash handling.
