Job summary

Speedy Cash in Del Rio, TX seeks an Assistant Store Manager (Bilingual) to guide daily store operations and support customers with financial services. You will lead a team, manage accounts, outreach, and risk, while learning the business and advancing quickly within the Community Choice Financial family.

This full-time role offers $16.00 per hour, paid training, a learning platform, cross-brand mobility, and a comprehensive benefits package including health options, retirement, and tuition

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales/retail experience preferred.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or key-holder experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, and MS Office is expected.
• Must be 18+ years old (19+ in Alabama).
• Background check required.
• Ability to meet physical demands (standing, moving up to 25 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications, check-cashing, and ancillary products.
• Complete daily campaigns to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with focus on customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the POS system.
• Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives when applicable.
• Perform on-site tasks and community marketing when needed.
• Help meet performance standards and leverage partnerships for referrals.
• Maintain store security and conduct opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws.
