Job summary

The Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands in Mansfield, TX is hiring a General Manager (Bilingual) to lead daily store operations and drive revenue growth. You will coach staff, ensure compliance, manage loan/pawn processes, and build brand loyalty through outstanding customer service.

We offer hands-on coaching, development programs, and growth opportunities across our eleven brands, with a focus on leadership and performance. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ supervisory or leadership experience in retail, finance, or related fields.
• Operations leadership experience and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, and MS Office; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance to meet or exceed company standards.
• Coach and develop team to drive new business and store growth.
• Lead local marketing strategies and community events to generate referrals.
• Evaluate loan/pawn applications and manage risk within limits.
• Enforce quality standards, compliance, audits, and loss prevention.
• Oversee cash handling, security, and daily opening/closing procedures.
• Schedule staffing to match workload and budget, including weekends.
• Handle complex customer issues with professionalism and integrity.
