Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in some states).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with a personal vehicle for work.
• Background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and related activities.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and build business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with a focus on customer service.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives.
