Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead customer service and store operations in Jonesboro, GA. You will support store leaders with recovery processes, training Customer Service Representatives, and ensuring compliance with company standards to deliver a white-glove experience.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience and strong communication skills, plus a year of customer service or retail work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Supervisory or key holder experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 18+ (19+ in Alabama) and able to pass background checks.
• Ability to operate POS systems and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the loan or pawn process.
• Assist with account management, collections calls, and risk mitigation.
• Lead in-store events, drive referrals, and maintain store profitability.
• Coach Customer Service Representatives and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain POS data accuracy and store security procedures.
• Ensure store appearance and handle opening/closing operations.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
