Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Kiel, WI seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager across sales, customer service, store appearance and daily operations. This role will manage the store during the Manager's absence and lead the store team members in servicing customers.

Responsibilities include coaching team members, assisting in hiring and scheduling, maintaining store standards, and ensuring efficient processing of orders, returns and transfers.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting store operations and leadership in retail
• Ability to coach and develop team members
• Fluency or willingness to learn Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise service levels and execute customer service programs.
• Assist in staffing and scheduling to meet peak hours and store needs.
