Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a General Manager (Bilingual) at Temple, TX to lead store operations, coach a diverse team, and drive revenue while ensuring compliance and outstanding customer service.

You will manage daily activities, develop staff, and implement local marketing with cross-brand opportunities across 11 brands nationwide. A strong focus on team development and performance is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least two years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Retail, finance, or service industry experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company performance standards.
• Coach, lead, and develop team members to grow business and revenue.
• Identify local marketing strategies and partnerships to drive growth.
• Assist with loan/pawn applications, risk assessment, and compliance.
