Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Bilingual) in Wichita, KS. You will lead store operations, support customers with financial services, and coach Customer Service Representatives while ensuring compliance and brand standards.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and hands-on management in a fast-paced retail environment with 40 hours weekly and in-person attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months supervisory/leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS, Microsoft Office, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications.
• Perform daily call campaigns to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with customer focus.
• Maintain POS data accuracy and store security protocols.
