Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is hiring a bilingual Store Supervisor (ASM) in Lubbock, TX. The role focuses on guiding store operations, improving customer service, and managing risk to help clients access financial services.

You will lead associates, support daily store activities, and promote growth opportunities across our brand network. This position requires in-person work, weekends, and a full-time schedule with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Spanish language ability is essential to connect with customers and community.
• At least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications accurately.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with a focus on customer service to prevent loss.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy and integrity.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality and safety.
