Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification required.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure team member execution of service programs.
• Work with the store manager to staff the sales counter during peak hours and events.
• Assist in hiring: recruiting tasks, interviews, and candidate evaluation in collaboration with management.
• Ensure all buy online/ship to store orders and transfers are processed timely and customers notified on shipments.
