Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. You will lead the store team during the Store Manager’s absence and/or opposing shifts, ensuring high service standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, staffing, and daily tasks to keep the showroom running smoothly. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as the store serves diverse customers.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and programs.
• Work with the store manager to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Assist in hiring by recruiting, scheduling interviews and evaluating candidates.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders.
• Ensure refunds and returns are processed accurately and efficiently.
