Volunteer Properties in Goodlettsville, TN is seeking a proactive Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective and current residents, tour properties, and drive leasing success.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, at least 2 years leasing experience, strong communication and tech skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing.

You will use OneSite, manage showings, process applications, and provide exceptional resident support in a collaborative, growth‑oriented team.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• 2+ years of leasing experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and tech skills.
• OneSite experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Motivated, proactive, and a strong team player.
• Must have valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and proof of vehicle insurance.

Responsabilités

• Respond to leads via phone, email, and online platforms
• Tour and promote the property
• Track lead sources and trends
• Prepare units for showings and move-ins
• Screen applicants (background, income, rental history)
• Explain lease terms, deposits, and move-in procedures
• Provide resident support and resolve issues
• Assist with special projects as needed
