You will oversee on-site operations, maximize occupancy, coordinate marketing, and lead on-site staff, with compensation up to $70,000 per year plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required for client communication and onsite tasks.
• 5+ years of property management experience in multifamily housing.
• Strong computer skills and experience with industry software.

Responsibilities

• Operates the property within the financial guidelines (the budget).
• Makes recommendations to increase income, decrease expenses and grow net operating income.
• Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy and rent levels based on guidelines.
• Ensures all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant and at its greatest effect.
• Directs activities of all on-site personnel and maintains a great working environment for all.
• Process all invoices generated by the property and ensure they are paid in a timely manner.
• Post, collect, track and manage delinquency of rental and other income.
• Responsible for building and maintaining a community of residents through resident relations.
• Ensure desired tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible.

Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Property Manager to join our team at the Pines at Southmoor in Greeley, CO.The Pines at Southmoor Apartments provides stunning apartment homes with a variety of amenities to enjoy. Our Greeley location, just west of Garden City, is located close to Freeways 34 and 85 with easy access to Denver and Fort Collins/Loveland. We are offering up to $70k/yrs, bonuses, and great benefits including Medical Insurance, 2 weeks Paid Time off, and 9 paid holidays.Monarch Investment & Management Group has been actively involved in commercial real estate investment since 1992. Compensation and Benefits Available:

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

• Property Manager experience with 300 + units
• Must have 5+ Years' of property manager experience in multi-family housing
• Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate industry software
• Have excellent verbal and written communication English and Spanish

This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, drug screening, and a credit review.
