Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager for Live on South Federal in Denver, CO. The role focuses on leasing, resident tours, and maintaining model apartments, while supporting property marketing campaigns and onboarding new residents.

You will coordinate lease paperwork, assist the Property Manager with marketing materials, and uphold community standards.

Qualifications

2 years' experience in multifamily housing.
Strong computer proficiency and the ability to navigate software systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A customer-focused mindset with exceptional service skills.
A willingness to complete online training and professional development courses.

Responsibilities

Welcoming prospective residents, conducting tours, and leasing apartments.
Maintaining the appearance of model and target apartments to showcase their appeal.
Preparing and managing lease agreements and ensuring timely signatures.
Assisting the Property Manager in marketing efforts and ensuring all materials are current and effective.
Creating and managing daily online marketing campaigns, including Craigslist and other platforms.
Monitoring curb appeal to maintain a welcoming community atmosphere.
