Regional Finance Company of California LLC in California is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive revenue, grow accounts, and maximize branch performance. You will actively sell financial products and build strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Eligible candidates enjoy a clear path to Branch Manager, monthly bonus opportunities, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k). The position is in California with a pay range of $25–$29 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or cash handling.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks where permitted by law.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.

Responsabilités

• Achieve individual and branch sales goals by driving performance and profitability.
• Use a consultative approach to recommend solutions and manage the full loan lifecycle.
• Generate new and repeat business through customer engagement and outreach.
• Deliver a high-energy, service-focused customer experience.
• Process cash transactions and payments accurately while maintaining compliance.
• Manage delinquency and help resolve past-due accounts.
• Support team performance through additional responsibilities as needed.
