Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Exceed branch loan sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships by guiding customers through the loan lifecycle and recommending solutions.
• Assist in training and coaching of new team members.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques and sales tools for informed lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent accounts (1–30 days past due) via outbound calls, texts, and emails.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in lending activities.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional products and their choices.
• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands.
