The role offers on-site work, a weekday schedule, and a strong bonus structure with pay starting at $19–$28 per hour plus a monthly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred).
• Associates or Bachelors degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Exceed loan sales targets and drive volume through proactive outreach.
• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the loan lifecycle and recommend financial solutions.
• Assist in training and coaching new team members; foster growth.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques to lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent accounts (1–30 days) via calls/texts/emails; arrange payment solutions.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in lending activities.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional products.
• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role requirements.
