Job summary

Riverstone Communities seeks an Assistant Community Manager for our Boardwalk RV and Mobile Home Resort in Homestead, FL. The role focuses on resident relations, marketing for occupancy, and timely rent collection, with leadership duties in the Property Manager’s absence.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative office experience.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive on-site.
• Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Interact with current and prospective residents, providing excellent customer service.
• Assist with achieving high occupancy through marketing of the community.
• Help with rent collection and follow up on late payments.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and daily property walking checks.
• Maintain the property office and complete general office work on time.
• Follow up promptly with prospects and applicants.
• Adhere to Fair Housing guidelines.
• Lead the property in the absence of the Property Manager.
• Other duties as trained.
