Riverstone-Communities is seeking a Bilingual Assistant Property Manager to join our two Fort Pierce communities. You will engage with current and prospective residents, help drive occupancy, and ensure timely rent collection while maintaining property standards.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• 1-2 years of administrative work experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with current and prospective residents, delivering excellent customer service.
• Help reach a 100% occupancy rate by marketing the community.
• Assist with 100% rent and fees collection in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with company home standards and walk the community daily.
• Maintain the property office to required standards and complete office work on time.
• Follow up with prospects and applicants promptly.
• Adhere to Fair Housing guidelines.
• Step into leadership in the absence of the Property Manager.
