Modern Support Services seeks a dedicated Support Coordinator in California to lead staff development and quality assurance for person-centered supports. You will supervise DSPs, coach teams, and coordinate with regional centers to align IPP objectives and enhance client independence.

Responsibilities include overseeing field coaching, ensuring accurate documentation, and participating in management trainings. Bilingual Armenian and Russian skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services or related field (or eight years of related experience) is required.
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Lead onboarding, training, and supervision of Direct Support Professionals.
• Coach staff to deliver Universal Enhancement and person-centered supports.
• Monitor program effectiveness and IPP coordination with the Regional Center.
