Job summary

Modern Support Services is seeking a dedicated Support Coordinator to implement Universal Enhancement, supervise DSPs, coach staff, and ensure services align with IPP goals in coordination with the Regional Center.

You will lead on-site training, conduct field visits, monitor quality and safety, and prepare progress reports while managing caseloads and participating in on-call rotations with strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or eight years of related field experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site training and development for Direct Support Professionals to improve quality of life objectives.
• Plan, manage, and evaluate DSPs' work toward program objectives and outcomes.
• Coordinate with the Regional Center on IPP objectives and progress.
• Monitor service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professional conduct.
