The Resource Center in Jamestown, NY is seeking a bilingual Direct Support Manager to lead and translate for Spanish- and English-speaking staff and clients. This full-time role requires coordinating a three-shift team, ensuring quality service delivery, and upholding the organization's mission and values.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, leadership, and teambuilding skills, with a background in human services and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (Spanish & English) and able to facilitate and/or translate between the two languages - verbal and written.
• Strong communication and teambuilding skills with ability to train and direct staff.
• Experience in human services or related field preferred; management/supervisory experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and translate between Spanish and English for staff and individuals served.
• Provide leadership, supervision, and coaching to direct support staff.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and apply ethics and values consistent with the agency’s mission.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and effective service delivery across 3 shifts, 7 days a week.
• Oversee training programs and staff performance, including recordkeeping and habilitation plan adherence.
