The role requires 24-hour on-call status and availability outside business hours to respond to emergencies, with residents living within 45 minutes of the local office.

Qualifications

• Experience in human services, social work, or related field.
• Ability to lead, supervise 5+ DSPs and ensure compliance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise a team of 5+ Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and ensure DDS standards.
• Oversee individualized programs, monitor progress, and complete monthly reviews.
• Act as liaison between individuals, families, case managers, and healthcare providers.
