You will manage invoicing and collections, coordinate with Sales and Warehouse, and support drop-ship and intercompany deliveries to keep operations running smoothly.

The role offers hands-on visibility into daily operations with room to grow as the company expands into new markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple deadlines.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing and collections, following up with customers on outstanding balances
• Coordinate with Sales to resolve customer issues and keep accounts current
• Support drop-ship and intercompany deliveries, ensuring invoices go out on time
• Partner with Warehouse and Sales to keep operations running smoothly
