Job summary

Crevel USA in Hanover, MD is seeking an AR & Operations Coordinator - bilingual (EN/SP) to join our expanding team.

You will manage invoicing and collections, coordinate with Sales and Warehouse, and support drop-ship and intercompany deliveries to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple deadlines.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive coordinator to manage collections, invoicing, and cross-team coordination - supporting our Sales and Warehouse teams along the way.
