• Familiarity with inventory, shipping platforms, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily showroom operations and customer support.
• Manage daily order workflow and shipping labels.
• Assist Spanish-speaking clients in showroom and by phone.
• Prepare color samples and materials for clients and designers.
• Collaborate with Brooklyn team to align cross-location processes.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Support other tasks as needed in a hands-on environment.
