Job summary

Responsibilities

• Call new leads quickly.
• Engage with leads via text and WhatsApp.
• Book campus tours and confirm appointments.
• Follow up with missed tours and reschedules.
• Log every interaction in the CRM and keep records.
• Report numbers daily on a structured Monday–Friday schedule, 9:45am–5:45pm ET.
