Job summary

Guerra Wealth Advisors, based in Miami, FL, seeks an Appointment Setter to engage firm-provided warm leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for our financial advisors. This role centers on high-volume outbound calling, relationship building, and appointment conversion.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in phone sales or appointment setting and is bilingual in English and Spanish. In-office role with base salary, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of phone sales, appointment setting, inside sales, or business development.

Responsibilities

• Qualify prospective clients and schedule appointments for financial advisors
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
• Collaborate with advisors and administrative teams to support scheduling priorities
• Support seminar, workshop, and marketing campaign outreach
• Assist with team projects and light administrative responsibilities
• Continue developing financial knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training
• High-quality appointments scheduled for financial advisors
• Accurate and timely CRM updates and prospect tracking
• Strong appointment confirmation and show-rate performance
• Reliable follow-up and pipeline management
• Strong collaboration with advisory and administrative teams
