Scale Virtually LLC is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Sales / Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for inbound interest. You will qualify leads, move them into the sales funnel, and schedule discovery calls with precision.

This remote role requires excellent English/Spanish communication, proactive follow-up, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Prior CRM experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Sales, Appointment Setting, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Comfortable handling voice calls with prospects.
• Strong lead qualification and objection-handling skills.
• Experience scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
• Strong follow-up discipline and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software and processes.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads from landing pages, social media, and other channels.
• Qualify prospects based on buying intent, budget, and readiness.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representative.
• Schedule discovery calls and coordinate calendars for availability.
• Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows with timely reminders.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update follow-up dates.
