Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in scheduling, administrative, customer service, or phone sales roles (healthcare preferred).
• Strong closing skills—you are comfortable asking for the appointment on every call.
• Skilled in handling objections and turning “no” into “yes.”
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance metrics.
• Clear, confident, and persuasive communication style.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong keyboarding skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with physicians, patients, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound calls and respond to web leads with the primary goal of converting inquiries into scheduled patient appointments.
• Confidently guide conversations using scripted call flows while adapting to patient needs.
• Actively promote services and encourage patients to book appointments by building value and urgency.
• Overcome objections related to cost, timing, uncertainty, and hesitation using proven sales techniques.
• Ask for the appointment and effectively close calls with a confirmed booking when appropriate.
• Deliver a Five-Star patient experience while balancing empathy with results-driven performance.
• Accurately document all interactions in scheduling systems and maintain up-to-date patient records.
