Promeniq is hiring a Patient Acquisition Specialist in Colorado Springs, CO to convert inquiries into booked appointments for men’s health clinics. You will sell the appointment, handle objections, and close each viable call in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in scheduling or phone sales, strong closing skills, bilingual English/Spanish abilities, and the ability to balance empathy with results.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in scheduling, administrative, customer service, or phone sales roles (healthcare preferred).
  • Strong closing skills—you are comfortable asking for the appointment on every call.
  • Skilled in handling objections and turning “no” into “yes”.
  • Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance metrics.
  • Clear, confident, and persuasive communication style.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Prior phone-based sales experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Confidently guide conversations using scripted call flows while adapting naturally to patient needs.

The Patient Acquisition Specialist is a high-impact, sales-focused role within the Patient Scheduling Office (PSO), responsible for converting inbound inquiries into booked appointments for our men's health medical practices. This position goes beyond traditional scheduling—you are expected to sell the appointment, overcome objections, and close every viable caller.

This is not a passive scheduling role—success in this position requires confidence, professionalism, and the ability to influence decision-making. Patient Acquisition Specialists are expected to overcome objections, build urgency, and confidently “ask for the appointment” to ensure strong booking outcomes. Strong performers have the potential to earn up to $100,000 annually!

$24 - $28 an hour+ up to a $48,000 a year in bonus potential

Schedule:

Monday - Friday or Sunday - Thursday. Possible rotating Sundays; hours can range from starting as early as 7:30am EST and ending as late as 7:00pm EST.
