This position goes beyond traditional scheduling—you are expected to sell the appointment, overcome objections, and close every viable caller.This is not a passive scheduling role—success in this position requires confidence, professionalism, and the ability to influence decision-making. Patient Acquisition Specialists are expected to overcome objections, build urgency, and confidently “ask for the appointment” to ensure strong booking outcomes.
