The ideal candidate is bilingual (English and Spanish), detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience in scheduling, administrative support, customer service, or phone sales (healthcare preferred).
• Strong closing skills and ability to ask for the appointment on every call.
• Comfortable handling objections and turning a 'no' into a 'yes'.
• Ability to document interactions in scheduling systems accurately.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound calls and web leads to convert inquiries into scheduled patient appointments.
• Guide conversations using scripted call flows while adapting to patient needs.
• Promote services to build value and urgency for booking.
• Overcome cost, timing, and hesitation objections with proven techniques.
• Close calls with a confirmed booking and deliver a five-star patient experience.
• Document all interactions and maintain up-to-date patient records.
