Job summary

Monarch is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant in Fitchburg, WI. The role involves managing leasing, tours, and resident outreach to ensure each prospect feels at home.

You will prepare lease paperwork, explain pricing and amenities, and contribute to events while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced community setting.

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in multifamily or customer service field.
• Strong computer skills.
• Bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs.
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records.
• Demonstrate understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings while touring prospects.
• Utilize creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events.

**Hiring Full-Time Leasing Consultant**

As a Monarch Leasing Consultant you are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home. PAY: $16 to $16.50 per hour + Up to $100 commission per rental! Under $50 a month Blue Cross for yourself and discounted housing available!

Schedule:

8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Monday-Friday
