Job summary

TBG | The Bachrach Group in Houston seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity. The role is fully onsite and requires fluent Spanish, offering exposure to international vendors and a fast-growing energy company.

You will manage the full AP cycle, process payments via ACH, check, and wire, maintain vendor records, and support month-end close. Ideal candidates have 3+ years AP experience in oil/gas or energy, strong Excel and ERP skills, and a detail-oriented, fast-paced

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Oil & gas, OFS or Energy industry experience required.
• Exposure to JIB, AFE, and COPAS concepts is a plus.
• Strong Excel and ERP system skills.
• Detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle from invoice processing through payment.
• Support domestic and international vendors, including Spanish-language communications.
• Process ACH, check, and wire payments.
• Maintain vendor records and compliance documentation.
• Assist with account reconciliations and month-end close activities.
• Support process improvements as the organization scales.
