Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services in United States, Colorado, Denver seeks a Passenger Service team member to greet customers and ensure proper documentation and communication for import operations. You will manage documentation when flights arrive or depart, review MAWB details, and assist clients with freight processes.

Responsibilities include data entry into airline systems, coordinating with brokers, and maintaining secure, accurate records.

Qualifications

• Typing and communication skills required.
• Proficiency in English reading/writing/listening.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and document handling.
• Understanding airway bill import procedures and government regulations.
• Clear attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow supervisor or lead agent instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with documentation for import operations.
• Travel to Airport Operational Area to retrieve or drop off documents.
• Notify broker or freight forwarder on MAWB shipments.
• Assist customers in retrieving documents and freight.
• Capture AWB information in airline systems.
• Prepare reports such as Irregularity and Weekly Import/Export statistics.
• Answer calls and emails.
