Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services is seeking an Import Operations Support role in Denver to greet customers, manage documentation for import activities, and coordinate with brokers and freight forwarders. You will work on-site within the airport environment handling MAWBs, DSes, and related records.

The role requires strong typing, English communication, and attention to detail, with duties including data capture, manual filing, and routine reporting.

Qualifications

• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Must be able to type and communicate clearly.
• Strong customer service orientation with teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and manage documentation for import operations.
• Travel to Airport Operational Area (AOA) to collect or deliver flight documents.
• Notify broker or freight forwarder of MAWB status and shipments.
• Assist customers arriving to retrieve documents and freight.
• Capture AWB data into airline systems and generate flight manifests.
• Prepare reports such as irregularities and weekly import/export statistics.
• Answer calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
