IntelliPro is hiring an Air Freight Sales Executive in the Chicago area to drive business development and manage key customer relationships. You will coordinate end-to-end international air freight operations, including space booking, AWB handling, and cargo tracking.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of sales or business development experience in freight forwarding, strong air freight knowledge, and fluency in Mandarin and English to support U.S. clients and China-based shippers.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2+ years of sales or business development experience in freight forwarding or logistics, international air freight preferred.
• Strong understanding of air freight export/import processes, space booking, AWB documentation, TSA/CBP requirements, and cargo handling.
• Mandarin Chinese fluency (speaking, reading, writing) to communicate with China-based shippers and factories.
• Business-level English for professional communication with U.S. clients.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new air freight customers through calls, emails, networking, and on-site visits.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and negotiate with customers.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers through regular communications and reviews.
• Coordinate air freight operations: space booking, flight scheduling, AWB prep, cargo tracking.
• Monitor market trends to inform pricing strategies and sales planning.
