Job summary

Cesar Chavez Foundation in Garden Grove, CA seeks an energetic Bilingual After-School Instructional Aide for grades K-6. The program runs in person Monday through Thursday from 3:00 PM to 5:45 PM, starting in September.

You will support teachers with literacy instruction, organize materials, track program data, and help foster a positive learning environment for diverse learners. Preferred qualifications include experience with K-6, bilingual authorization in education, and required clearances

Qualifications

• Experience working with students in grades K-6.
• Experience teaching literacy and providing accommodations to ensure student success.
• Bilingual authorization in education preferred; fingerprints, CPR, TB clearance, and mandated reporter training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with literacy instruction and activities.
• Organize and prepare materials and spaces for lessons.
• Track program data and submit reports in a timely manner.
• Support a positive, inclusive learning environment for diverse learners.
