Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 1-3 years of admissions or recruitment experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment, be self-motivated, creative, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Integrity, confidentiality, strong work ethic, and knowledge of Catholic Education mission.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and occasional weekends.
• Strong data management and communication with faculty and staff.
• Excellent public speaking in English and Spanish.
• Experience with student database systems such as OnBoard.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Admissions in attaining enrollment goals for each school year.
• Develop annual recruitment plans with visits, fairs, group meetings and measurable goals.
• Schedule school visits and ensure STM personnel appearance at feeder schools.
• Develop and implement Open House event with Dean and Principal.
• Recruit student ambassadors and Cavalier Coaches for recruitment and retention.
• Public speaking in English and Spanish to constituents on and off campus.
• Maintain relationships with feeder schools including principals and counselors.
• Manage admissions software to ensure accurate application processes.
• Coordinate recruitment outreach events and support families through the Parental Choice process.
• Distribute accurate information to current and prospective families promptly.
• Collaborate with student services and admissions committee on evaluation and execution.
