Job summary

FRCC in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Bilingual Admissions Representative to promote FRCC’s campuses and programs, focusing on the Latinx/Hispanic community and guiding prospective students through enrollment from inquiry to census date.

The role includes college fairs, high school partnerships, campus tours, and managing a caseload of inquiries, with travel to three FRCC campuses and local schools. Some remote work is possible.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and two (2) years’ demonstrated experience in admissions, recruitment, retention or a combination of experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated experience with enrollment services in admissions, recruitment, retention.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with area high schools, community organizations, prospective students and families to promote FRCC and scholarships.
• Travel frequently to local area agencies, events, and other campuses.
• Organize and conduct Information Sessions in English and Spanish in partnership with Outreach Team colleagues and community partners.
• Assist students with the enrollment process, including completion of admissions applications and reviews for accuracy and timeliness.
• Meet with prospective students visiting campus with regular follow up and tracking in the CRM.
• Serve as a liaison between departments and students, clarifying procedures and referring to resources as needed.
• Disseminate college and program information at events, open houses, and school/community partner meetings.
• Prepare, communicate and distribute recruitment messages to interested students, parents, schools, and groups.
