Job summary

Screen Spe in Hillsboro, OR is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support SEJ traveler badging, site access, and safety-related activities. You will own daily Trip Tracker management, coordinate WWID and Fieldglass signatures, and ensure timely processing of badging tasks.

Onsite presence is required for access coordination, with collaboration across field service engineers, factory contacts, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Japanese required or strongly preferred.
• Experience using Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Experience with SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating schedules, approvals, and documentation among multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• SEJ Badging & Site Access: maintain Trip Tracker, verify WWID status, and track Fieldglass signatures.
• Coordinate on-site badge pickup and provide badging support across sites.
• Site Safety & Training Coordination: track safety checklists and required training.
• Administration & Communication: central point of contact between factories, field service, and internal teams; provide English/Japanese translation as needed.
