Job Overview: As a Spanish Bilingual Administrative Assistant / Customer Service, your main role will be supporting our Attorneys in our St. Louis office. You will work closely with a team of Attorneys from case start to finish. Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette are a MUST, as clients will need regular updates on their cases.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily customer service to clients
  • Manage an average caseload of 200+ cases
  • Draft and submit letters of representation for various insurance types
  • Prepare demands
  • Review medical records
  • Draft correspondence
  • Review entire caseload from start to finish

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, spelling, and organizational skills
  • Multi-tasking skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Diligence in meeting deadlines and maintaining standards
  • Outstanding time management and prioritization skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both oral and written
