Job description

Immediate need for a talented Administrative Assistant/Executive Assistant. This is a 05+ Months Contract to Hire opportunity with long-term potential, located in MO (Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if interested.

Pay Range: $22.50 - $23/hour. Employee benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan distribution.
  • Prepare agendas and arrange meetings for committees, boards, and other groups.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and support calendar requests.
  • Book travel arrangements for team members.
  • Manage expense reports.
  • Attend meetings and take notes.
  • Organize newsletters monthly.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, organizing newsletters, scheduling meetings.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to maintain organized and confidential information.
  • Basic mentoring skills for support and performance feedback.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • High school diploma or GED required; 5-7 years of experience preferred.
  • Experience working with executives is highly desirable.
  • Previous administrative roles beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills and presentation experience.
  • Timeliness and organization are essential.
