Job Overview:

As a Bilingual Administrative Assistant / Customer Service representative, you will support our Attorneys in the St. Louis office. Your role involves working closely with a team of Attorneys throughout the case process. Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette are essential, as you will frequently update clients on their case statuses.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide daily customer service to clients
  2. Manage an average caseload of over 200 cases
  3. Draft and submit letters of representation for various insurance types
  4. Prepare demands
  5. Review medical records
  6. Draft correspondence
  7. Review entire caseload from start to finish consistently
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, spelling, and organizational skills
  • Multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
