Job Responsibilities:

1. Host Live Streaming Sessions on TikTok:

• Lead engaging and interactive TikTok live broadcasts in English, maintaining an energetic presence.
• Deliver financial literacy content, answer viewer questions, and foster an interactive community.
• Guide viewers into live sessions and private groups to build brand loyalty.

Engage with the Audience:

• Respond to comments and questions during live streams, encouraging participation.
• Use creative techniques to enhance viewer engagement and excitement.
• Encourage viewers to become loyal followers and customers.

Increase Viewer Engagement and Fan Growth:

• Develop strategies to boost engagement and build strong audience relationships.
• Convert viewers into followers and expand our TikTok community.
• Analyze performance, gather feedback, and improve content delivery.
• Maintain high energy during streams to ensure they are informative and entertaining.

Live Broadcast Schedule:

• Full-time commitment: 6-8 hours daily, engaging with a global audience.
• Be adaptable to audience feedback and market demands.

Job Requirements:

• Native or fluent English speakers from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or other developed countries are preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills for confident, entertaining interactions.
• Self-assured, engaging, and capable of entertaining and holding attention.
• Comfortable on camera with excellent presentation skills.
• Experience in live streaming or content creation on TikTok is a plus but not required.
• Ability to independently manage live broadcasts and interact in real-time.
• Quick thinking and improvisation skills during live sessions.
• Knowledge of TikTok trends and audience preferences is advantageous.
• Ability to identify and resolve challenges during live streams efficiently.
