CSA Group, Architects and Engineers in Puerto Rico seeks an accounts payable specialist to support vendors and project budgets. You will review invoices, enter data accurately, and help ensure timely processing for client projects.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, has 3+ years in AP, strong Excel/MS Office skills, and fluent English and Spanish communication. Join a team focused on accuracy and collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounts payables, budgets, income statements and invoicing processes.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Office Suite.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Review, evaluate and recommend invoices from project level consultants.
• Evaluates and manages contract budgets and invoice processes.
• Entering information into relevant systems accurately.
• Reviewing and sorting data for errors and proper categorization.
• Assisting with resolving invoice discrepancies and coordinating with clients or vendors.
